Hi there, welcome to my first blog posting!!! I have recently completed a 12 week Challenge with Idealbodiesonline and am really happy with what i achieved. However i still have future fitness goals and aspirations and have decided to start blogging in order to keep my self focussed and accountable. Next year i want to achieve a goal i have had for a very long time - to run a marathon. And my blog is going to be a record of my journey. At the moment i am taking it easy and am looking forward CANTWAIT!! to going on holiday on Friday. Jase and i are planning a 2 week roadtrip up the east coast allthe way to brisbane and then back to adelaide through the middle. Then when i get back BAM! straight back in to training - i have a marathon to run!!! At the moment i am setting my sights on the Gold Coast Marathon i think its July 1st and i plan to do a half Marathon sometime before that in the next 6 months. I want to start a new Program Monday 17th Dec but am waiting to hear the best plan of attack considering my race goals and also my further 'Body Beautiful' aspirations (like losing the belly bump!) continuing on from my 12week challenge.
So that's where i am now fitness wise... anyone with any running tips or marathon training advice that would be greatly appreciated!!! But now, i got some holiday organising to do woohoo!!

I am waiting in anticipation to your journey to running. I have always wanted to run, but the most I have done is a 10km run/walk.
